The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast is offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful and Excellent hospitality by Praveen from the front desk, who took great care of us. The location is just perfect around the city centre. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the home-like environment . We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the high quality of service and attention to detail remains. The rooms have been comfortable and immaculate. I really enjoyed my stay. I booked a room through MMT for my parents and initially received a room on the 3rd floor. Since my parents are senior citizens, I requested a room on the 1st floor. I met with the Hotel General Manager, Mr. Saurabh Mishra, who was very helpful and immediately changed the room. This exemplified the best hospitality. It is a great getaway hotel. located in a side street. Hotel is quiet and interiors are properly done. Rooms are neat and tidy. You just need to walk about 100 feet to get to the main road.
